Adjust Your Jelly Fruit Level
So i really like my jelly with minimum
70% fruits and sugar alternatives like
agave syrup or coconut blossom sugar.
But there is this berry jelly and an apricot
jelly, that i only get with 55% fruits and
cane sugar.
So when it gets too sweet, you just take less
of the sugared up jelly and put some real
fruits on top :P
Now i should have 85% fruits
Let's repeat this plate 3 times and
we have a breakfast :)
And now 100% :p
It's still berry time in Germany
So, pimp your jelly and be creative ;)
See how your body adjusts to a lower sugar/ sweet level.
It's a nice process.
10 years ago i used to say " i drink my sugar with
coffee and cream".
Now it's a small spoon (sometines half a spoon)
of coconut blossom sugar on my whole
morning cup of coffee, the big one.
Even less for the Espresso in this post or no sweetening
at all when the bread/ cake is sweet enough.
