🔘Ingredientes para la masa:
-1 k de harina de trigo
-500 ml de agua
-200 g de azúcar
-Sal al gusto
-2 cucharadas de levadura
-2 cucharadas de mantequilla
-1 huevo
🔘Ingredients for the dough:

-500 ml of water
-200 g of sugar

-2 tablespoons yeast
-2 butter spoons

🔘Ingredientes para el relleno:
-4 cocos secos
-1 cucharadita de nuez moscada
-400 g de azúcar
-1 cucharadita de colorante vegetal rojo
🔘Ingredients for the stuffing:
-4 dried coconuts
-1 teaspoon of nutmeg
-400 g of sugar
-1 teaspoon red food coloring
🔘Preparacicion :
En un bol agregar el agua, la azúcar ,la sal ,la levadura, la mantequilla,y el huevo, amasar hasta quedar una masa suave , picar en 4 pedazos y dejar reposar mientras prepara el relleno.
En un bol agregar los 4 cocos ya rallados previamente, colocar la azúcar la nuez moscada,y el colorante rojo, mover hasta integrar todo,,luego dividir en 4 porciones, estirar la masa en forma rectangular y agregar el relleno por toda la superficie ,y se procede a enrollar hacia adentro.

🔘 Ya para terminar, se cierra el pan y se deja reposar hasta que lo tenga un buen tamaño para llevarlo al horno por 50 minutos aproximadamente a 180 °c.
