Vamos a necesitar/ We are going to need:
Pechuga de pollo/ Chicken breast.
Papa, zanahoria, auyama, cilantro, cebolla, cebollín y pimentón/ Potato, carrot, pumpkin, coriander, onion, chives and paprika.
Cubito de pollo, fideos/ Chicken cube, noodles.
Queso/ Cheese
Cortar la pechuga de pollo en cubos.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Cortar la papa, zanahoria y la auyama. Colocar a cocinar en una olla con agua y añadir un cubito de pollo. También añadir el pollo.
Cut the potato, carrot and squash. Place to cook in a pot with water and add a chicken cube. Also add the chicken.
Cortar la cebolla, cilantro y pimentón, añadir a la olla.
Cut the onion, coriander and paprika, add to the pot.
Agregar fideos a la sopa y dejar cocinar hasta que los vegetales ablanden.

Dejar enfriar un poco y licuar la sopa.
