This is a delicious Chicha that I love to prepare because my children love it, some time ago I told a friend (I want to have a delicious Chicha) and she told me I will explain to you how to prepare the paste for the chicha, I was surprised because the truth is that I used to prepare it differently, now that I learned, I do not prepare it any other way because it is really a delight, I recommend you to try it, you will love it.
Ingredientes
2 Tazas de Arroz.
200gr de Leche.
200gr de Azucar.
Canela al gusto.
Leche Condensada.
Ingredients
2 cups of rice.
200gr of milk.
200gr of sugar.
Cinnamon to taste.
Condensed milk.
Esta Leche Condensada la prepare yo misma, luego les publico la receta super fácil.

Se pone a remojar el Arroz por varias horas luego se lava muy bien con abundante agua.

Lo vertimos en la licuadora para comenzar a licuar, previamente se le coloca el agua (ojo el Arroz se licua crudo) así podemos conseguir la pasta para la Chicha.

Vamos a licuar el Arroz por parte así no forzamos nuestra licuadora, aproximadamente licuamos unos 2 minutos observamos que el Arroz este bien licuado.

Lo vertimos en un caldero y así lo pasamos a colocar al fuego muy pero muy lento por que tiende a empelotarse rápido hay que tener mucha paciencia.

Comenzamos a remover lentamente para que no se nos pegue o se nos valla a quemar la pasta miren como inmediatamente tiende agarrar consistencia.

Poco a poco y con mucho amor seguimos removiendo para que la crema quede bien cocida y así obtener una buena pasta para la Chicha.

Ya la pasta lista dejamos reposar unos minutos cuando ya notamos que este bien fría pasamos a preparar nuestra Chicha.

Fría completamente la añadimos a la licuadora le colocamos agua ya cuando toma la crema homogénea le añadimos El Azúcar, La Leche Condensada, La Canela y La Leche en polvo.

Ya lista nuestra Chicha a degustar nuestra deliciosa bebida.
