Hoy vengo a confesar mi adicción por el café. La presentación poco me importa, puede ser negro, con leche, marrón claro u oscuro, latte, con vainilla o canela, de la forma que sea lo disfruto; mi única exigencia es que esté dulce y caliente porque como reza el dicho: "Frío ni el amor ni el café".
Today I come to confess my addiction to coffee. The presentation matters little to me, it can be black, with milk, light or dark brown, latte, with vanilla or cinnamon, in whatever way I enjoy it; my only requirement is that it be sweet and hot because as the saying goes: "cold, neither love nor coffee."
Hace unos meses, estaba de moda entre "influencers" hacer la preparación del llamado "Café Dalgona". La verdad es que a primera vista parecía ser una delicia. A mí la verdad no me atrapó pero no tengo problema en tomarlo cuando me lo ofrezcan.
A few months ago, it was fashionable among "influencers" to prepare the so-called "Café Dalgona". The truth is that at first glance it seemed to be a delight. The truth did not catch me but I have no problem taking it when it is offered to me.
Para prepararlo utilicé:
- 2 cucharadas de café instantáneo
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar
- 2 cucharadas de agua hirviendo
- 1 taza de leche caliente
To prepare it I used:
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of boiling water
- 1 cup of hot milk
¿Cómo lo preparé?
- Agregué en un recipiente el café instantáneo, el azúcar y el agua hirviendo
- Uní todo con la batidora al punto que se hiciera una mezcla homogénea y el color de el café aclarara bastante
- Finalmente vertí la mezcla en la taza de leche caliente y listo.
How did I prepare it?
- I added the instant coffee, sugar and boiling water to a container
- I united everything with the blender to the point that a homogeneous mixture was made and the color of the coffee was quite lighter
- Finally I poured the mixture into the cup of hot milk and already.
El resultado es un café bastante cremoso pero con un sabor muy fuerte, no está mal pero tampoco es mi favorito. Para mí el mejor café es el que me preparaba mi abuela y el que me prepara mi mamá, el mío, a confesión de parte, a veces es bueno y otras no tanto.
The result is a fairly creamy coffee but with a very strong flavor, it is not bad but it is not my favorite either. For me the best coffee is the one that my grandmother prepared for me and the one that my mother prepares for me, mine, by confession of part, sometimes it is good and sometimes not so much.
