Today I'm here to share a very tasty recipe and a humble fellow student, going to rivers, ideal for improvising an easy and quick meal. It's a delicious pasta with canned sardines, an excellent option for our lunch today.
INGREDIENTES
2 Sardinas en lata en salsa de tomate
2 tomates maduros
1 cebolla mediana
1/2 Pimienton rojo
2 ajíes dulces
4 dientes de ajo
Salsa de soja
Ajo en polvo
Orégano
Sal y pimienta al gusto
1/2 kilo de de su preferencia
Queso parmesano opcional
Aceite
INGREDIENTS
2 canned sardines in tomato sauce
2 ripe tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/2 red bell pepper
2 sweet peppers
4 cloves of garlic
Soy sauce
garlic powder
Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 kilo of your choice
Parmesan cheese optional

PREPARACIÓN
Empezamos preparando la pasta, ponemos una olla a fuego medio con sal,al romper el hervor añadimos la pasta cocemos hasta ablandar, colamos y reservamos

Empiezo a preparar el Guiso de sardina primero colocamos un sartén con aceite a fuego medio añadimos la cebolla y ajos a sofreir

Pimentón, ajíes y tomates dejamos que estén bien sofritos sin quemarse

Mientras se sofrien los aliños, vamos destapando las Sardinas las colocamos en un plato para retirar las espinas y huesos

Añadimos al sofrito de aliños ajo en polvo, orégano, Salsa de soja sal y pimienta al gusto
