I made a weekly meal plan, based on a template I found on the Internet, with a personal religious twist. Just print the image and fill in!
To save paper, I write one week's items in pencil, the next week's in pen (crossing out the penciled items). Then the next week I print it again but I use the same sheet of paper (put the paper back in the printer tray printed-side up) and repeat the pencil/pen sequence. This way, I get 4 weeks out of one sheet of paper.
