Hope you all are doing good... Today is Friday the 3rd day of the month of September 2021., i hope we all achievement alot last month๐ i pray that this month of September will be great for us all๐
Am Here To Teach On How To Prepare Bitter leaf soup.. Is my traditional food., Igbo precisely:
This is the leaf.. you will first of all spread it under the sun for some minutes and allow it to dry small
Then after some minutes you will unsun it and put it inside a basin and squeeze it with water, then you will do it several times until the bitterness is reduced then you will soak it with water so that it won't change taste and colour
That is the main color of the bitter leaf before it can be cook with..
This is raw cocoyam which will be cooked together with palm fruit
This is the palm fruit.. then after cooking it together with the cocoyam.. you will first of all pound the palm fruit and sieve out the water and put it on to the fire before pounding the cocoyam
Thats the palm fruit oil and water ontop of the fire.., then you pile the cooked cocoyam and pound it, but before you add it to the pot you will make sure that the water is well boiled
Then ones they boil very well you add stock fish or dry fish with other ingredients

These are the ingredients required, then ones the ingredients are well done you add the bitter leaf.. meanwhile meat or fish are required but i ran out of cash so i didn't buy any..
That's the soup almost done.. i as well cooked it with firewood
The food is now ready and properly done..
You can now bring it down from the fire and serve it ....
It is served and enjoyed with swallow ๐
