This rich tuna salad is fresh and light 😋 is an excellent accompaniment to many foods this time I used bread, but it looks great with arepas, rice and why not with pasta to make a fairly light lunch.
🍅 3 Tomates rojos medianos.
🧅 2 Cebollas medianas.
🥫 1 Lata mediana de Atún.
🧂 Sal al gusto.

Ingredients:
🍅 3 medium red tomatoes.
🧅 2 medium onions.
🥫 1 medium can of tuna.
🧂 Salt to taste.
🥄 Oil quantity needed.
🥖 Salted French or sandwich bread 🍞
1_ Step: Wash, peel and Dice the Tomatoes and Onions.
2_ Step: Uncover the can of tuna, empty the contents onto a plate or container, and with the help of a fork shred to make the next step easier.

Add to the tuna, tomato and onion that we diced in the first step. Add oil to taste and desired amount of salt. Unite and mix with the help of a fork.
