Feliz día mi querida comunidad, como están? Por fin llego el día de la reina de nuestra mesa venezolana. La Arepa, por eso hoy preparé las para el desayuno, como un pequeño homenaje en su día y se las quería compartir.

Happy day my dear community, how are you? Finally came the day of the queen of our Venezuelan table. The Arepa, that's why today I prepared them for breakfast, as a small tribute to his day and I wanted to share them with him.

Como muchos saben este plato es icono en la gastronomía de Venezuela, que se prepara a base de harina de maíz y se rellena con con diferentes contornos.
As many know, this dish is an icon in the gastronomy of Venezuela, which is prepared with corn flour and filled with different contours.

Hoy las que hice sencilla y las rellene con ensalada de tomates, lechuga ,cebolla y aguacate y luego agregué queso rallado.

Today the ones I made simple and stuffed with tomato salad, lettuce, onion and avocado and then added grated cheese.

Quedaron deliciosas las disfrute como no tienen idea.

They were delicious, I enjoyed them as they have no idea.
