Have you ever heard of this culinary one? Pecak Duck. In the city where my husband and I live this food is very much lined up on the side of the road. And usually in the stalls that sell this duck menu, other menus are also available such as pecel catfish, or chicken penyet and chicken pecak. Usually these menus are always side by side. Because my husband and I are trying to reduce the consumption of chicken pieces that contain too many chemicals, we decided to choose the Duck Pecak menu.
Duck Pecak is a type of culinary that is usually open in the late afternoon towards the evening. This dish is actually very simple, the strength of this food is only in the sambal and how the duck is fried to be more crispy but has a soft meat inside. And this meal menu is more delicious if you eat it at night and forget about your diet for one day.
From so many stalls that we passed, we decided to visit one of the tent stalls on the side of the road. This shop does not have a name, the location of this shop is on the side of a big road and right in front of the binjai millenial night market. And the price is also very cheap for a large piece of duck.
The pecak duck at this stall is very crunchy but has soft and cooked meat inside. Pecak duck is served with fresh vegetables, or vegetables that can be eaten raw, such as sliced cucumber, basil or cabbage. In addition to fresh vegetables as a complement, Duck Pecak is also equipped with a spicy chili sauce, so you can sweat and stimulate your adrenaline to eat it. This pecak chicken is also equipped with a serving of hot rice so that your appetite will increase many times because of it.
Not only that, this shop also provides a complementary menu that is served the same as Pecak duck, which is very fresh hot claw soup. Inside are sliced carrots, potatoes, celery leaves and fried onions that add flavor and aroma to this soup. And a serving of this complete dish is only valued at Rp. Rp. 20,000 or if you follow the dollar price then you only need to spend U $ 1.5 Dollars. Very cheap of course.
in this simple shop there is a small aquarium that has several ornamental fish in it. I didn't think long and immediately took a photo and immortalized it.
