Katuk leaves are often found in Indonesia, especially in my village, Katuk leaves are also known as mani cai, and sweet cuckoo. the price of katuk leaves is also relatively cheap, 1 bunch of katuk leaves is valued at only Rp. 2000 only. Katuk leaves can be processed for vegetables, both in coconut milk, vegetable soup or just boiled. and can also be extracted as a supplement for breastfeeding mothers so that the breast milk that is released is abundant and does not smell fishy.
In our community, many mothers who have just given birth consume katuk leaves to increase breast milk (mother's milk). And this has been proven in the community. If a woman has just given birth and she doesn't want to eat vegetables because she doesn't like katuk leaves, then she doesn't need to bother, because now there are many katuk leaves that have been made into fine powder, which is more practical and widely traded in pharmacies.
