This cake is called khun kwe cake, actually I have often made this cake, but because I wanted to try to experiment with new flavors so today I decided to color the cake with a red flavor that comes from red dragon fruit.
But when I tried this experiment I almost failed, this is because I wanted to try the recipe suggested by one of the YouTubers.
Usually 1 part or a pack of khun kwe flour is mixed with 3 to 4 cups of coconut milk or water but when I make this dough I mix it with 1 pack of khun kwe flour with 2 cups of coconut milk.
And when I tried the recipe on youtube. It worked and my dough was shinier than when I tried this recipe on my own.
Well, so that all of you are not curious, I will immediately share the recipe with you. You have to practice it at home.
Necessary materials
1. 2 packs of khun kwe flour
2. A quarter of a red dragon fruit
3. A quarter cup of granulated sugar
4. 3 cups of fresh coconut milk.
How to make :
1. Mix two packets of khun kwe flour with sugar
2. Blend red dragon fruit with coconut milk until smooth
3. After that, mix the fine dragon fruit into the khun kwe flour that has been mixed with sugar
4. After everything is mixed, stir the dough on low heat
5. Keep stirring until the dough thickens and looks like it's oily
6. After that lift and print into the dough
7. Let the dough cool for about 3 to 4 hours
8. Remove the cake dough from the dough
9. Arrange. After that, you can enjoy it cold or at normal temperature
