This fried bird stall is not on a big road. This shop is a bit in a small alley but can still be passed by 2 passing cars and this is also my first time visiting this fried bird stall and this shop also just opened about 3 months ago so there is a lot that needs to be fixed for all the architecture and taste management so that customers are much more comfortable and feel at home for long at this fried bird shop. And for the food menu at this fried bird stall, it provides a lot of food menus that don't focus on just fried bird menus and the prices offered at this fried bird stall are also not expensive and are still standard when viewed from the menu and the prices offered from their menu book. , but in terms of taste I can't judge because I still haven't ordered my food.
After we looked at the menu, I decided to order grilled quail and my friend ordered fried quail with the drink I ordered, hot lemon tea. And it didn't take long, our order came and I'm happy because at this shop the drinks and food came at the same time, because there are many food stalls or cafes where the distance between the delivery of drinks and food is very long so often the drinks have run out and then our food order came so we had to order additional drinks. And this stall has got a plus point personally from me because drinks and food come together.
And in terms of the price of this food, it is very cheap for one portion of bird with rice and fresh vegetables plus chili sauce, only priced at Rp. 21,000 or if the exchange rate is not more than 2 U$ Dollars. The price is very cheap in my opinion, from one serving of quail we will get 2 quail weighing 100 grams for each quail, whether processed by roasting or frying the bird.
In terms of taste, I fell in love with the soy sauce sauce, which smells of musk oranges and the level of spiciness is not too spicy, then the bird meat is also very tender and tastes just right, not too salty and not too thick with the spices here. This is very delicious, I like it, the portion of rice served here is also not too small and the taste is just right. Not only the quail menu, but the stir-fried kale and capcai also have a delicious taste and are not too excessive in the use of flavorings so that they are not too bitter on the palate.
I highly recommend the menu at this food stall, but it seems that the arrangement of this stall is not suitable for millennials who are deliberately looking for a place to spend their time hanging out, but everything is an option.
