Hi foodies friends from all corners of the world, greetings from Indonesia, I hope we are all in good health so that we can continue to enjoy and eat good food without any restrictions from doctors and from any party, because when it comes to food, it must be very fun and challenging to dig up to to our mouths..ha..ha
This afternoon I bought the work of my students in the subject of entrepreneurship. This subject focuses on students regarding a product that must be created and how these students attract customers so that they are interested in buying their products and how the marketing and financial management systems are arranged in such a way that they are not at a loss and are able to generate profits that can be enjoyed even in small scale and they are allowed to sell their products online and offline as well as promote their products through the network system they created and this banana sand is one of the student products that I bought because I was interested in the appearance of the product.
What do you think about sand bananas? Do you think the bananas are fried with hot sand so they don't get cholesterol? Or does anyone think that it is a term to entice customers to buy their products? The answer is that banana sand is just a term to attract attention so that their products sell well because the name of the product will also influence buyers to approach.
Pisang Pasir is a snack for your friends to drink tea or coffee at night. Sand bananas are actually pieces of banana wrapped in spring roll skin and then fried in vegetable oil or coconut oil over low heat because frying bananas doesn't take long so if you use a slightly high heat then the bananas will burn quickly.
The bananas that have been covered in spring roll skin and fried are then drained and then lubricated with various toppings such as pink chocolate, green tea and others according to our request. After the bananas are melted with colorful chocolate, then sprinkled with dark chocolate or Oreo biscuit crumbs. It is these Oreo or dark chocolate biscuit crumbs that are dusted with sand to attract customers. From the composition that I have described, we can already imagine how sweet this banana sand snack is, so if you don't like sweet snacks, don't try to eat this snack because the sweet chocolate taste is quite thick.
You can make this recipe yourself at home without adding too much chocolate topping or you can make your own toppings with a sprinkling of powdered white sugar that you put on top. However, after I bought this snack I added grated cheese on top so that the sweet taste was still disguised by the salty and savory taste of the cheese, so what about you? Are you still interested in buying this sand banana?
until here first my post, I hope you all like my post. Greetings from us Tomi and Maya from the city of Binjai Indonesia and stay tuned for our next posts.
