Good evening to all Hive friends in this community, it's still the extreme rainy season in our area and everywhere there are floods that enter their homes. Not only that, landslides and earthquakes are also a concern in Indonesia at the moment, which is clear this month natural disasters that occurred in Indonesia and hopefully not too many casualties. Not only that, during the rainy season, flu and high fever usually infect many people as well as skin diseases with symptoms of itching due to flood water contaminated with gutters. this rainy season, therefore we here must always take care of our health.
Everyone has their own way of maintaining health with their own version, there are those who go to the fitness center to exercise, drink milk and lots of vitamins, there are also those who consume more vegetables and fruits, consume vitamins and drink lots of water, and I choose My own option is to drink fresh juice without sugar, drink lots of water and do light exercise. Apart from that, the thing that keeps my soul sane is doing activities that I like, one of which is cooking, especially with new things that I've never had before. i tried before
Like tonight I tried to make green chili tilapia with a slightly high level of spiciness. Usually I process this Niila fish with only red sauce and I only use spicy coconut milk, but I try to make this Nile fish into a different dish that my husband and I will enjoy tonight, I'm quite proud because actually my husband and I don't really like green chili. this big, I think this green chili has a taste that is quite a bit disturbing because there is a lingering taste on the tongue which I don't know how to express, if I say it in my regional language we often call it smelling "Langu".
To make green chili tilapia is not difficult, you only use basic ingredients such as chili, shallots, garlic and tomatoes. And are you asking whether tilapia is a seawater fish or fresh water then the answer is freshwater fish and the Tilapia fish that I will process is a freshwater fish that we bought when the fish was still alive so the taste of the fish is much sweeter in the mouth. compare with sea water fish. Nila fish is also usually intended for grilling with the whole family.
And as usual I will share the ingredients needed to make this Green chili Tilapia fish.
1. 500 grams of Tilapia fish that has been cleaned of scales and washed clean
2. 150 grams of fresh green chilies
3. 1 green tomato
4. 1 red tomato
5. 1 candlenut
6. 2 red onions
7. 2 cloves of garlic
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil for frying
How to make
1. The fish that has been cleaned is fried using preheated oil,
2. While waiting for the fish to finish frying, I will grind the ingredients that I have prepared, namely hazelnut, shallots, garlic and green chilies, and after they are smoothed, these ingredients are set aside first.
3. Red tomatoes and green tomatoes are roughly chopped. Here I use 2 types of tomatoes so that the stir-fried taste is slightly sour and feels fresh on my tongue.
4. After the fish is dry, remove and drain
5. Saute the ground spices, stir well and after wilted add the tomatoes and stir again, then add salt and mix well.
6. After the aroma of the spices has lifted, add the fish that was fried earlier, stir for a while and turn off the heat.
7. Green Chili Tilapia Fish can be enjoyed, you can also add vegetables and warm rice as a complement.
8. Good luck.
