For the people of Indonesia, fried rice is certainly familiar to the public, even in large cafes or small stalls to traveling vendors also selling fried rice a lot. Fried rice is also very well known in foreign communities.
Fried rice is a favorite menu when breakfast arrives, because this fried rice is not complicated to make, and does not need a lot of ingredients. The important thing is that there is cooked rice, many even make fried rice from leftover rice from last night, or cold rice, (not stale rice,😂😂)
For now, even many cafes are modifying the fried rice recipe to make it much more attractive in terms of appearance, as well as in terms of taste so that the fried rice menu can be enjoyed by many people from the bottom to the top layer.
There are so many fried rice recipes circulating in Indonesian society according to their respective tastes and regions that have been influenced by local customs. Even in my village for children's birthday parties, the fried rice menu is a mainstay menu to be enjoyed by guests who attend.
