En esta ocasión me complace,enseñarles como realicé manzanas caramelizadas para consentir no solo a mi pequeña sino a la familia en general.

🍎 Manzanas.
🍎 Azúcar.
🍎 Colorante rojo.
🍎 Agua.
🍎 Palitos de altura.
🍎 Limón.
🍎 Apples.
🍎 Sugar.
🍎 Red coloring.
🍎 Water.
🍎 Tall sticks.
🍎 Lemon.
Preparación || Preparation
🍎 Iniciaremos lavando las manzanas y quitándole el tallo, seguidamente vamos a pasar las manzanas por agua caliente a los fines de quitarle el químico que le colocan para que conserven por más tiempo, esto para que el caramelo se fije de mejor manera.
🍎 We will start by washing the apples and removing the stalk, then we will pass the apples through hot water to remove the chemical that is placed on them to keep them for a longer time, so that the caramel sets better.
🍎 Seguidamente procedemos hacer el caramelo, para ello vamos a vertir 8 cucharadas grandes de azúcar en la olla, seguidamente le agregamos un chorrito de agua y colorante rojo.
🍎 Next we proceed to make the caramel, pour 8 tablespoons of sugar in the pan, then add a splash of water and red coloring.
🍎 Mezclamos y dejamos hervir por 15 minutos, sabremos que el caramelo está listo cuando al sacar un porción y mojarla está se endurezca.
🍎 Mix and let it boil for 15 minutes, we will know that the caramel is ready when we take out a portion and dip it and it hardens.
🍎 Mientras el caramelo termina de estar listo, tomaremos los palitos de altura, y cubriremos con limón la parte que se inserterá en las manzanas.
🍎 While the caramel finishes being ready, we will take the height sticks, and we will cover with lemon the part that will be inserted into the apples.
🍎 Posteriormente pasaremos las manzanas por el caramelo y si desean agregarle algún tipo es el momento justo ante que se seque el caramelo, en mi caso use galletas oreos para decorar una.
🍎 Then we will pass the apples through the caramel and if you want to add some kind of caramel it is the right time before the caramel dries, in my case I used oreos cookies to decorate one of them.
