La tizana es una de mis bebidas tradicionales predilecta de mi amada Venezuela, más aún cuando estamos en esos días donde el astro sol suele estar fuerte, así que nada mejor para refrescarnos que una deliciosa tizana, llena de diversos sabores y texturas, gracias a la variedad de frutas con que la elaboramos así que sin más preámbulos acompañame, te enseño como la elaboró.

Preparación|| Prepartion
1.| Iniciaremos exprimiendo las naranjas en este caso utilice el sumo de 20 unidades, la cantidad va depender de cuánta tizana quieras preparar en mi caso prepararé 2 jarras grandes, una vez que obtuve el sumo proseguí a retirar todas las semillas del mismo.

2.| Seguidamente procedí a pelar y cortar en cubos pequeños nuestra piña, la cual estaba bastante dulce y solo utilice la mita de la misma ya que era una piña grande.

4.| Era el turno ahora de los cambures o guineos estos los corte en rodajas no tan delgada para que al final integrar todos los ingredientes de la tizana un estén íntegros es una de las frutas más delicadas de la tizana.

5.| Por último en cuanto cortar fruta se refiere procedí a cortar la patilla o sandía en pequeños cubos los cuales también agregué al bol, cabe acotar que la la tizana puede llevar otras frutas si es tu decisión y si puede tu presupuesto, estos son ingredientes básico de la receta.

6.| Ahora sí era momento de colocar colorante en el sumo de la naranja, la azúcar al gusto y agregar el agua suficiente para la tizana una vez que se integran bien estos tres elementos fue agregado a la fruta y volvemos a integrar todo de manera que la frutas queden de manara equitativa en nuestra refrescante bebida.

Preparar esta bebida realmente no es difícil aunque lo que si requiere es paciencia por lo repetido que puede ser el hecho de cortar las diversas frutas, pero el resultado es sumamente delicioso, vale el esfuerzo.
