Today I made food that Iranians called kookoo you should try this it's soooo delicious 😄 It is good for vegetarians and easy (you can make it in 20mins )
For the preparation you need :
Chopped vegetables (dill, parsley, chives, coriander )
Egg
Walnut
Salt, pepper, turmeric
Flour
Mix and pour them into a frying pan and fry both sides
You can make a sandwich and enjoy it
