Today I’m gonna show you how to make delicious Iranian food that we called adasi😊
This food is based on lentils (Let's have a look at properties of it:
-Improving the immune system
-rich in vitamin B
-cancer prevention
-heart health
-contains manganese, copper, and phosphorus )
In the beginning, 2medium onions are chopped and fried then a teaspoon of black pepper, caraway, and turmeric is added
Then 1cup of lentils and 1/2cup of groats are added and 4cups of boiling water are poured
At the end after an hour,4 medium mixed tomatoes are poured and 2 chopped potatoes are added.
After half an hour it's ready
You can serve with olive oil and lemon juice ☺️
