আসসালামু আলাইকুম কেমন আছেন সবাই আশা করি সবাই অনেক ভাল আছেন এবং সুস্থ আছেন। আপনাদের দোয়ায় আমিও ভালো আছি। আজ নতুন আরেকটি ব্লগ নিয়ে আপনাদের সামনে হাজির হলাম। আজ আমি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব আমাদের বাঙ্গালীদের সবচেয়ে প্রিয় পিঠা ভাপা পিঠা কিভাবে তৈরি করতে হয় সে সম্পর্কে। আশা করি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে।
আমাদের বাংলাদেশে পিঠাপুলির বাংলাদেশ। এখানে নানারকম উৎসবে নানা রকম পিঠার মেলা বসে। শতশত পিঠা তৈরীর মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশের সংস্কৃতি প্রকাশ পায়। তার মধ্যে অন্যতম একটি পিঠা ভাপা পিঠা। আজ এটি কিভাবে তৈরি করতে আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব। চলুন জেনে নেওয়া যাক।
ভাপা পিঠা তৈরীর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কিছু উপকরণ প্রয়োজন। যেমন:-
*চাউলের গুড়া
*নারিকেল কোরা
*চিনি
*দুধ
*পিঠা তৈরির সাস ইত্যাদি উপকরণ গুলো প্রয়োজন।
প্রথমে পিঠা তৈরি করতে গেলে চাউলের গুড়া সাথে অল্প পরিমাণ পানি দিয়ে মিক্স করে একটা টুকনি দিয়ে ছেঁকে নিতে হবে।
এরপরে এটা ভাল হবে চটকিয়ে আটা মেরে নিতে হবে।
এরপরে এটা পিঠা তৈরীর জন্য নারিকেল কোরা সাথে চিনি মিক্স করা এটি ভালো হবে ভেজে নিয়ে পিঠার মধ্যে দিয়ে দিতে হবে।
এই পিঠাটি তৈরি করতে গেলে অবশ্যই সস প্রয়োজন।
এরপরে একটি কাপড়ের মধ্য দিয়ে সোলার উপরে দিয়ে ছাকতে হবে।
এভাবেই অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে এই সুস্বাদু পিঠাটি তৈরি করা সম্ভব।
তো বন্ধুরা আপনারা চাইলে বাড়িতে এই পদ্ধতিটা ফলো করে এই সুস্বাদু পিঠা তৈরি করে খেতে পারেন।
