Turmeric powder
Cumin paste

First you have to cut the cauliflower nicely and wash it with water for cooking.
Then put cooking oil in a pan and fry the necessary spices, pickled onion, garlic etc.

Then cover with a lid for 5 to 7 minutes and take care that the vegetable does not stick to it so it should be stirred occasionally.
After stirring well for 10 to 12 minutes, when the cauliflower turns red, add water in the middle as we will use this vegetable as a curry. So you have to add enough water.
To make the vegetables more palatable, we cover them with fried fish and cover with a lid.
In this way, after cooking for 10 to 15 minutes, you can stop cooking by keeping your quantity of broth.
