Ingredients:
- 2 cups gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups chopped vegetables (onions, potatoes, spinach, etc.)
- Oil for frying

- In a mixing bowl, combine the gram flour, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
