Welcome to my blog again. Sprouts salad Is a healthy option to revitalize your mornings . This is a protine packed breakfast.
You can make this salad with moong daal sprouts or brown chana sprouts. Even i mixed both and make the salad 😜 in a week we enjoyed this salad almost 3 times.
Sprouting at home is a easy process, only it take time. You have to soak the moong and chana overnight. Make sure you wash it properly before soak it. After that rinse the whole water. Take a soft and thin cloth piece and tie them. It took 15-16 hours. Put that cloth in a hot place and cover it properly.
Now you can store these sprouts in refrigerator. In this picture you saw tha sprouts that i store 2 days ago.

Ingredients:
Moong been sprouts
Brown chana( chickpeas) sprouts
Hot water
Fresh paneer
Onion
Spinach leaves
Rock salt
Black pepper
Lemon
How to make this salad:
1: Take a bowl of sprouts. Now pour hot water in the bowl and cover the bowl for 5-7 minutes. We can consume raw if it is fresh. After it drain the whole water.
2: When you leave sprouts in the hot water ,otherside make panner. I always preferred home made fresh paneer. It took only 10 minutes.
3: Cut the Onion and spinach leaves.
Cut the medium pieces.
4: Now take a pan and put 1 tsp ghee . Add chopped onion & panner spices. Sprinkle some rock salt and black papper.
5: After 30 sec add spinach leaves. And mix all things well. You can cook on medium flame.
Now add sprouts in it . And add some more salt and black papper.
At the end add lemon juice. It took barely 5 minutes and sprout salad is ready to enjoy.
This bowl have good amount of nutritions. It is so healthy recipe and can be enjoyed in the diet. You can cook it on your choice.
If you don't want to cook you can direct mix all things in a bowl and enjoyed it. If you want to consume it raw you can add some fruits like apple , pomegranate etc.
