๐ Hey @FoodiesBeeHive and all of HIVE Many of us Adults and Children Like fried foods. And today I wanted to share with you all some of my homemade fried foods. ๐ฉโ๐ณ
While Fried foods arenโt the Best for us they also arenโt the worst foods we could be consuming. And when we prepare the food with Fresh ingredients that we know to be healthy, and fry them in healthy oil , it canโt be the worst thing that we can possibly consume.
Did you know โ The outside coating of an alcapurria is primarily root vegetables and then stuffed with meats of your choice. โบ๏ธ same with the potato balls. So even though they are fried you are still getting some vegetables into your children!!
Empanada dough is flour based , and I recommend a nice non bleached option for flour .. add as many peppers onions even tomato to the filling to add even more vegetable content into this simple fried foods.
