Para esta preparación necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes.

ESPAÑOL
- 2 huevos.
- 1 cucharada de vainilla.
- 2 tazas de azúcar.
- 200 gramos de mantequilla.
- 1 maracuyá.
- 3 tazas de harina de trigo.
ENGLISH
- 2 eggs.
- 1 tablespoon vanilla.
- 2 cups sugar.
- 200 grams of butter.
- 1 passion fruit.
- 3 cups of wheat flour.
Mezclamos en un embace el azúcar con la mantequilla hasta que formemos una pasta agregamos los huevos y continuamos mezclando hasta que todo compacte.Podemos mezclar con nuestra paleta de madera o con una batidora.

Añadimos las tazas de harina poco a poco y el jugo de maracuyá.

Agregamos la vainilla a la mezcla.

Luego que la mezcla este lista añadimos está a nuestra bandeja previamente enmantequillada y enharinada . Llevamos al horno a 350 grados, hasta que cuaje más o menos de 40 a 45 minutos.

Retiramos del horno nuestro pastel, en este caso utilizaremos ciruelas para decorar.
