Today I will cook young papaya fruit, who does not know this fruit, if it is still raw this fruit can be processed into food, if it is ripe we can eat the fruit because this fruit has the benefit of facilitating digestion, papaya fruit is very good for consumption.
This fruit is very easy for us to meet, we can grow it ourselves or can buy it in the market.
First prepare the ingredients.
1 papaya that is still young.
7 garlic
10 red onion
21 red chili
Peel the skin of the papaya fruit until clean, I recommend using gloves because papaya sap causes hands to itch.
Then split the papaya into several parts and remove the seeds.
Then wash the papaya until clean.
After the papaya has been washed, grate it using a vegetable grater to make it into small pieces.
Then puree the spices using a blender, and heat the cooking oil in a frying pan.
After the cooking oil is hot, immediately enter the spices that have been mashed, cook the spices until they are cooked.
If the spices are cooked we can add a little water, sugar, salt, and flavoring.
Next immediately enter the papaya that we have cut into small pieces, stir and cook until cooked.
saute ripe papaya immediately remove and serve.
