Bengali Recipe: Rupchada Fish Dopeyaja
Hello hive I am back again with a Bengali recipe of Rupchada Fish Dopeyaja. Dopeyaja means cooking onion chop with fish. Rupchada Fish is a sea fish that usually found our fish market. This fish is Tasty. Few days ago my husband bought it from fish market. This kind of fish is high price in our Market. Anyways we have to cook and eat. Guys i am starting my recipe.
Necessary Ingredients
- Rupchada Fish - Two pieces
- Tomato- Two pieces
- coriander leaves - on taste
- Chili powder - one spoon
- Turmeric powder - one spoon
- Garlic paste - one spoon
- Cumin powder - one spoon
- Salt - on taste
- Cooking oil - one cup
Cooking process
Firstly I cutt those Rupchada Fish's and cleaned them properly. After that I cutt onions, tomatoes and also arranged all the cooking accessories.
Now I put a fripan on oven and give some cooking oil. Then I give the onion chop and fried them properly.
Now I give the chili powder, turmeric powder, Gurlic paste, cumin powder and salt.
Now I give the little water and cooked it for two minutes.
Now I give the fishes on spices mixture and mixed them properly with spices. Then cooked it for some moments. Then I give the tomatoes. Lastly i give some broth on it. Now I cooked it for twinty minutes.
After cooking twinty minutes broth is almost dried. Now I applied some coriander leaves and off the oven.
Food presentation
That is my food presentation. I cut a tomato skin to make a rose flower and added fish sauce. This is is delicious too. Hopefully all will like my Recipe. Good bye for today.
