Hello to all of you. Today I will share with you what I cooked called Inun unan (Fish cooked in Vinegar) a Filipino dish. My mother bought fish. Because someone came here earlier and it was mom's other sister. As I mentioned in my previous food blogs, this is not what I mentioned there. She is ante Gaga. Older sister of my mother. His wife is a fisherman like my father. This fish that mom bought is still very fresh. As in fresh from the sea.
To start the process, the first thing I did was wash the fish and start removing the scales. I took them one by one and removed the scales and at the same time removed the insides because they are not edible. And when you cook the fish with only the insides, chances are that the result of the cooking will be greasy. So it should be removed to be delicious.
After I did what I did first, I washed the pot to be used and sliced garlic. This is the only spice and fragrance I use to cook. After that, he put the fish in the pot along with other recipes such as vinegar, spicy vinegar from the coconut tree, and of course salt and vitsen.
Simple recipes.
After I did this, I made a fire and put the pot with seasoned fish on the stove.
I only waited about 15-30 minutes because it is easy to cook.
And this is the finished product.
A very delicious Filipino dish 😋
It may look like simple but I guarantee you, this dish is very delicious.
Thanks for reading. Have a good day everyone!
