Rice is a delicious delicacy I enjoy most and it is one of the most popular foods in the world. The beautiful part of cooking this delicacy is involved in the sensory factors. So, sensing this moment brings joy, happiness, and excitement to my brain.
Furthermore, I could recall how we would go to school and return home, I would start from the room side and perceive the aroma of rice cooked by my mother. Me that was unhappy, tired, hungry, merely perceiving the aroma, I was happy and I was whetting for it. Here, I believe that, the sweet aroma of any food results in the taste of the food it carries. The influence of the aroma, the taste of the food.
I like the sensory part of my favorite dish. Which I'm going to talk about in a sequential order.
Taste
The taste of my favorite food can stimulate a strong positive response, the savory, sweetness, and flavors can cause a whole lot. I can remember the day I cooked paper aoup rice for my mother, then she was in her postpartum. I was cooking for any time. Early in the morning, I made pepper soup rice with goat meat. After cooking, my mom tasted the food and it was different from the one she used to cook and the other ones I used to cook. The rice and pepper soup was rich and I sat on the floor eating over and over again. So I asked her to read and then whether she could eat again. She said it was sweet beyond control. I laughed and told her that food could not control her. It was over delicious.
Scent/aroma
The aroma of rice is always enticing and it determines the taste of the food. If the aroma is smelling weird, then the food will be odd. It can evoke powerful memories as well. I just like cooked pepper soup rice for mummy, the scent was everywhere. Almost luring the unknown people to the house.
Texture
The texture of the rice is very important as it contributes positively to the pleasure of the rice. On my part, I like my rice to be fluffy and not clumpy.

This one is rampant, especially for grown-up children. Let me tell you the truth, I like it as well. The stew or sauce is always rich when it is cooked with goat meat, A Good choice of tomatoes, is highly demanded.

This one is like the first one but mixed with tomatoes.
