En días pasados mi hija culminó una etapa muy importante, su graduacion de bachiller. Fue un año atípico por las condiciones que todos conocemos, pero lo importante es que ella con la ayuda de su familia, pudo superar algunas carencias en la educación y felizmente termino su quinto año de educación con muy buenas calificaciones.

Por supuesto este acontecimiento familiar no podía dejar de celebrarse. Es algo que alegra y deja muy buenos recuerdos. Es un momento para compartir. Invitar a la homenajeada a una comida sabrosa es una tradición.

Por esta razón mi hija mayor y yo quisimos que este momento fuera muy especial y la complacimos con lo que sabemos que es una de sus comidas favoritas: la pizza y ademas lo complementamos con unos calzones rellenos de jamón y mucho queso y tomates, ambos platos típicos de la comida italiana.

El postre no podía faltar y le hicimos una torta marmoleada rellena de crema de chocolate y cobertura de leche condensada, decoradas con trufas hechas con trozos de torta mezclados con crema de chocolate y recubiertas con chispas de chocolate.

Disfrutamos mucho y agradecí a Dios por este momento familiar. Son recuerdos que quedan en nuestra memoria para toda la vida.

In recent days my daughter completed a very important stage, her high school graduation. It was an atypical year for the conditions that we all know, but the important thing is that with the help of her family, she was able to overcome some shortcomings in education and happily finished her fifth year of education with very good grades.

Of course this family event could not fail to be celebrated. It is something that brings joy and leaves very good memories. It is a moment to share. Inviting the honoree to a tasty meal is a tradition.

For this reason my oldest daughter and I wanted this moment to be very special and we indulged her with what we know is one of her favorite foods: pizza and we also complemented it with some calzones stuffed with ham and lots of cheese and tomatoes.

The sweet could not be missing and we made her a marbled cake filled with chocolate cream and condensed milk frosting, decorated with truffles made with pieces of cake mixed with chocolate cream and covered with chocolate chips.

Everything was very tasty

We enjoyed a lot and I thanked God for this family moment. These are memories that remain in our memory for a lifetime.
