So today I will be making simple and delicious homemade noodles. Everyone has different ways of preparing their noodles at home, and some prefer buying them outside. Well, I love making my food at home, so let's get into the kitchen and see my method of making my noodles special.
Ingredients are
Noodles (2 sachets, 140 g)
Egg (2 pieces)
Thyme (5g)
Onions (half ball)
Groundnut oil (45 ml)
Spring onions (3 pieces)
Carrots (3 pieces)
Procedure
I pour two teacups of water into a small pot, put the two eggs inside, and then put the pot on the burner for two minutes.
After that, I took the boiled eggs away, removed the shell, and set them aside. I added another two teacups of water to the pot again and allowed it to boil a little bit before I opened the two sachets of noodles inside the water to parboil for a second.
After that, I sieved the water away from the noodles and set it aside.
I rinsed the carrots, the spring onions, and the onion, then sliced them into pieces.
I put the pot back on the burner and allowed it to dry before adding the 35ml of groundnut oil inside the pot out of the 45ml.
I allowed the oil to get hot, and after that, I poured the sliced onions, carrots, and spring onions into the hot oil and stirred it for a second.
After that, I added the thyme and then stirred again before adding the seasoning sachet inside the noodle pack.
I added half a teacup of water to the pot for the ingredients to cook and for the seasoning to influence the ingredients.
I added the eggs to the sauce and left it for two seconds.
After that, I poured the parboiled noodles into the sauce and used a spoon to stir it so that the sauce could influence the noodles, then left it to cook for 1 minute.
Now my veggie noodles are ready to be served for breakfast.
