Hello, dear Hivers, I want to show you my next attempt to offer something different to my little boy. Banana pancakes. I've made them several times but he is not really interested in them the way that I want. He tries 1-2 bites and decides to just play with them. No matter this is still a success for me.
Here I'm gonna show you what I did to make them.
I used one big banana I've smashed it with a fork.
I've added to it 4 spoons of wheat flour and one mid-size egg and stir them. It must be thick porridge to make them fluffy later.
After that, I put them in a hot frying pan with few drops of sunflower oil. They needed something like 40 seconds for every side. They are prepared much faster than the regular pancakes that I make.
- Advice they are ready to be turned when you see the little bubbles on the top.
When they are ready I put them on a paper towel to remove the extra grease if there is such.
What I've used:
- 1 big banana
- 4 tb wheat flour
- 1 mid-size egg
- 1 vanilla
