Hope everybody is doing well. The sky has been cloudy since this morning. After a while it is raining heavily. If the sky is cloudy,i always want to eat different delicious things. So I thought to make a delicious curry for eating with rice and that was hilsa fish curry with shapla. I will share the whole recipe with you, I hope you will like it.

Essentials:
- The tip of the water lili
- Hilsa fish
- Soybean oil
- Chili powder
- Yellow powder
- Cumin paste
- Dried Chili paste
- Sliced ββpotatoes
- Sugar

Full procedure
Step 1:
I have steamed the cut water lilies with light salt, I have fried the long cut potatoes with turmeric and salt & I have lightly fried the cut hilsa fish with turmeric and salt.
Step 2:
In a pan, mix 2 tablespoons of chilli powder, 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons of cumin paste, 2-3 tablespoons of dried chilli paste and salt to taste. A small amount of water should be added, if necessary, it can be mixed again later.
Step 3:
Put another pan in the oven and put half (1/2) cup of soybean oil in it. When the oil is hot, leave the spices mixed with water in it. Then you have to take it in a good way. If necessary, it should be squeezed with light water. This time you need to add water as needed so that the potatoes are well cooked and you have to wait until they are thick.In fact, this time you have to cover the fried hilsa fish for 5 minutes, remove the lid and add 1 tablespoon of sugar.Then you have to check all these things and need to taste. If every thing ok then bring down the delicious hilsha fish curry.
