How is everyone? I hope everyone is well. Today I am going to share with you a new kind of fun recipe. I hope you like the recipe. Today I will share with you a new type of recipe from the village. I will try to give you a brief description of the recipe from the beginning to the end. Today I will share the recipe for making banana moucha ghanta with hilsa fish head.

The steps to make the recipe are described below-
The first step-
First you have to cut the banana shoots from the banana tree. I have cut three shoots as per my need. You can use more if you want.
Step 2-
Then you have to take out the bananas by spreading the peel from the mustard seeds. You have to take out all the raw bananas from inside and take out the shishas inside it. Otherwise it would not feel good to cook.
Step 3-
I took the bananas out of all the mucas. Then I put them in a pot and boiled them well with a light amount of water on the stove. You can boil them as per your quantity.
Step 4-
Once the bananas are cooked. Then they have to be cooled with cold water. Cool and put in a container.
Step 5-
After cooling, then they should be beaten with the help of a fork or blender. It should be finely ground in a very good way.
Step 6-
Then onion, garlic, cumin, and some other ingredients should be mixed well together. Then one by one turmeric powder, salt, etc. should be mixed.
Step 7-
Then you have to put it on a stove. Then you have to fry the hilsa fish head which has been cut beforehand.
Step 8-
Then after frying the fish, I put oil in it. Then you have to pour all the spices in that oil. Then you have to stir them very well.
Step 9-
Then they have to be stirred well for some time. Then we have to shake them down as we need. After naming we can eat them empty. But most of them are eaten with rice. I also eat with rice. This recipe is one of my favorite food.
