Cauliflower Mucmuch Pakora

Materials
I took one quarter of a cauliflower as per my requirement, you can take more if you want.
Then one cup of besan powder
One egg
One tablespoon of red chili powder
Like the amount of salt
A teaspoon of garlic paste
A pinch of cumin powder
A teaspoon of turmeric root

In the first step what I did was cut the cauliflower as I like.
After that I took besan root in a bowl and broke an egg with it, added the garlic paste I took, added cumin seeds and added chili powder with light turmeric.
Then what I did was I mixed all these ingredients together and mixed them well with the cauliflower I cut and made the data as per my requirement.
After that I reduced the flame of the stove and heated the oil and fried them well until they were red.
So that it looks very crispy and tastes very tasty.
After that I take two or three tissues in the plate and then take the pakoras so that the amount of oil that was bound in the pakoras gets absorbed very quickly in the tissue and the pakoras are very good to eat.
