INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked Rice
- Green Mango
- Bagoong (Shrimp Paste)
- Tomato
- Garlic/onion
I had leftover cooked rice last night so I decided to turn it into something yummy. Sauté onion, garlic and Shrimp Paste. Add the cooked rice. After mixing well. Turn off the heat and then add the Green mango (sliced thinly) and Tomatoes. Best served with Grilled Pompano or anything fried.
