Hello, and howdy beautiful people in this amazing community. Another day, another opportunity, and another other food to share with you. For today's blog, I will be sharing with you my do-it-yourself nutritious food creation - healthy cabbage and carrots Omelette.
As a food lover, sometimes I love to watch videos on Facebook or Youtube about cooking delicious food and creating something on my own from the videos watched. It's a fulfilling habit when I do cooking my kind of recipe.
Because it's weekend and want to do something with my vacant time. I decided to make a do-it-yourself recipe with the cabbage and carrots found inside the refrigerator. I ask my mother if it will be okay to give it a try for this recipe, and without a second thought, she agreed. Without any delay, come on I will share with you my healthy cabbage and carrots omelette.
Ingredients needed:
125g of cabbage
2pcs of medium-sized carrots
3pcs (native egg) small size
50g crispy fry powder (seasoning purposes)
30g flour
2 cups vegetable oil
✨Steps in making my Cabbage and Carrots Omelette:✨
🥬Prepare all the needed ingredients before cooking.
🥬Wash thoroughly the vegetables before slicing them into smaller pieces. Make sure to wash it properly with clean water.
🥬Slice the carrots into smaller sizes. Then set aside.
🥬Next, slice cabbage into smaller sizes.
🥬In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
🥬Mix the cabbage and carrots properly. Then slowly add the beaten eggs, the crispy fry powder, and the flour.
🥬Slowly mix all the ingredients to make it a little bit sticky. Then set aside.
Note: I intentionally add a little flour to make it stick with the other ingredients.
🥬Prepare the pan for frying. Pour 2 cups of vegetable oil into the hot pan. Wait for about 5 mins until the oil will becomes hot.
🥬Add the mixed ingredients to the hot pan. Put 1 tablespoon scoop for each fried omelette. Wait until it will turn golden brown then flip the other side.
🥬Serve it hot. It's good to place a sauce like Catsup or mayonnaise if you want.
🥬Share it with your family and enjoy eating.
After making my recipe, I am so overwhelmed with the result. The taste is good and not salty. My parents are enjoying eating my DIY recipe cabbage and carrots omelette.
Not only that you create and satisfy yourself with the food you cook but it's also very nutritious for you and your family.
