How to make Mozzarella Sticks:
1) First we will finely cut the mozzarella cheese into sticks.
2) Break 1 egg in a bowl and beat it well with salt, oregano, parsley and rosemary.
3) Take breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix with oregano, parsley, rosemary.
4) Take 1 table of stone corn flour and 1 cup of flour in a bowl and mix it with oregano, parsley, rosemary.
5) Then we first coat the mozzarella cheese sticks in the flour mixture and dip them well in the beaten egg and code them nicely with a breadcrumb.
6) Mozzarella sticks are kept in the chiller for 10 minutes after being coated in breadcrumbs, soaked again in egg, dipped in breadcrumbs for the second time and fried in boiling soybean oil, our delicious mozzarella sticks will be ready.
Preparation of Salsa Picante Sauce:
1) First we fry a tomato, half onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 green pepper with a small amount of olive oil, 1 pint of salt, 1 pint of oregano, 1 pint of parsley and 1 pint of black pepper in the oven for 5 minutes.
2) After 5 minutes take it out of the oven and finely chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic and green chillies in a bowl and mix with 1 spoon of olive oil to make our salsa picante sauce.
