FOOD is an substance in which when consumed gives satisfaction and quenches hunger. Materials consisting essentials of protein, carbohydrates and fats used I the body of an organisms to sustain growth, repair and vital process and to furnish energy in the human body.
Also food together with other supplementary substances such as Minerals, vitamins and water helps the body .
They are also Inorganic substances absorbed by plants in gaseous form or in water solution . Nutrients in solid form something we eat that is edible that nourishes,sustains or supplies the human body.
We ought to eat adequately which is very good for all to be okay and our food should always contain the six classes of food.
Six Classes of Food
- Carbohydrates
- Protein
- Fats and Oils
- Mineral Salts
- Vitamins
- Water
Some have a diet time table while some don't. Not all can met up always with that on the Food menu so deciding not to have it at all would be there best idea. Whether one has it or not what is very good is that we all eat good healthy diet that is very rich in nutrients.
Some diseases can make one has a planned diet, once the diet menu or certain foods has been recommended to be eating the person should always adhere to the instructions it would help in improving the health.
