Hello foodies, hope you doing great.
I made water yam portage, I know this days I have been making local dishes, but trust me they are nice.
This is my water yam, I cut it so I could plant it again.

Then I peeled it and made it drain to avoid much water after cooking
I grated them
These are my ingredients
I added oil to my boiled water first, that is my mum wanted it
Then my grated water yam
And my ingredients
And my food is ready
This is nourishing
