Recently, I got an opportunity to make my visit to a Vegan Meetup. And, I was able to try different dishes, including Beetroot Soup & Dessert.
Beetroot Soup was good when served hot. It was warm, and satisfying as that day was raining.
Beetroot pudding served as dessert was sweet, delicate, slightly juicy, and creamy. I loved the feel and the sweet taste.
It was truly one of the sweetest dessert I have ever had.
Sadly, the chef didn't provide us the recipe.
