Hello, dear fellows in the Hive Universe!
I hope you all having great days in your workplace and with your family and friends. Today I am going to write about my recent experience making "Falooda- a delicious and nutritious dessert item that is very popular in the south-Asian region containing milk, fruits, and ice cream!" during my recent holidays.
If you are not familiar with falooda, then let me give you a glimpse of this delicious dessert. Desserts make our lives sweeter and simpler but most of the time in an unhealthy way but falooda makes a difference here with tons of nutrition inside it from fruits and milk and some other ingredients you love to add. Falooda is very popular in many parts of the world, especially in India, Pakistan, and the Middle East it is a must-try dessert item everywhere.
Falooda is an amazing combination of a bunch of ingredients which are mainly vermicelli noodles, psyllium (ispaghol) or basil (sabza) seeds, boiled in milk and added a lot of kind of fruits and any flavor of ice cream of your choice which can be further sweetened with some jellies. You can also add a bunch of nuts such as blended almonds, and pistachios.
Falooda is originated from Shiraz in Persia (currently Iran) and one of the oldest known desserts since 400 BC. Falooda was first introduced in the Indian subcontinent by the Moghul emperors after they started their regime. Nowadays, there are many kinds of Faloodas available, such as falooda made with kulfi and different flavors of sugar syrups which are also served as many kinds of milkshakes. But all these variants are so delicious and can be found in almost every street of the cities in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.
Inside the pack, there are 3 sub-poly-packs containing the vermicelli mix with the seeds and two packs for two kinds of jello.
1st step is to prepare the jello by mixing the mixture and boiling it for a couple of minutes putting it in the refrigerator for final products and cutting the jello into cube size.
2nd step is to cook the vermicelli mix in 1 liter of milk until all the ingredients are well cooked. The milk also becomes thicker and more delicious after boiling it for about 15 minutes!
And now the first version of falooda is ready to serve with those jello cubes with some ice or ice creams.
The 3rd step is to cut your desired fruits into small cubes and mix them with the falooda mix and the combo is now ready to serve. Before serving, a couple of spoons of ice cream can extend the taste to much higher.
I hope you like my experience in preparing such an amazing dessert food from a readymade combo. It was amazing to have such options and enjoy your favorite foods to enjoy! If you have any queries, let me know in the comments, and I will try my best to answer them.
Thanks a lot for your time and attention, I will catch you at the next one.
Wish you a great day!
