Greetings Hivians and welcome to my hive food journal.
For breakfast, I made liver sauce with carrots and green beans and had it with an egg and bread. Had it together with some Lipton tea to keep the body warm for the morning.
While at work, I ate some fried plantains and drank over a litre of water. At 16:00, I went to a restaurant below the office and ate a plate of Achu with meat and garden eggs. Had a carton of Tropical Sangria wine after eating.

Didn't have dinner since I ate lunch really late. Had just a cup of rosemary tea before bedtime.
Again, I didn't eat a fruit and this isn't me.My water intake was small since i normally drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
