It's amazing keeping track of what I eat and drink via a daily journal on Hive.
My daily logs give me clear information about my nutritional imbalances. For instance, I haven't been eating enough fruits and vegetables ever since the month started.
Had fried eggs and bread with coffee for breakfast on Thursday morning at 09:00 AM at the NWCA Coffee House. The fried eggs was spicy and had lots of tomatoes and spices with some sardines in it. It tasted really good and was perfect for the morning.
At 15:00, I had Corn fufu and vegetables with chicken which costs about 3 HBD at a restaurant beside the office. The meal was very delicious and I felt really good after eating such a heavy meal.
Had wine with friends from 18:00 till about 19:30. Didn't drink enough water during the day and didn't eat any fruits.
