BOLU LAPIS TALAS BOGOR
Hi everyone ..
Do you know about Taro?
Taro is one of the most important tuber crops. Allegedly native to Southeast Asia or southern Central Asia, taro is thought to have been cultivated by humans since ancient times, even before rice. Taro has spread to various parts of the world, including China, Africa, India and the West Indies. Taro is also a staple food on several islands in Oceania. In Indonesia, Taro is very popular and widely planted in any area.
Well, apart from taro, it is used as a staple food. Now taro has been widely used as a flavor in food and even drinks. Taro is now a favorite flavor, you can even find it anywhere.
Taro flavor is usually widely used in drinks as well as thai tea and so on. It's just that this Taro flavor is also widely used in cake and sponge flavors. Like one of the foods I review this. BOLU LAPIS TALAS BOGOR.
Bolu Lapis is a typical food that is usually used as souvenirs for tourists. Many unique flavors and types, one of which is this taro cake, which comes from Bogor, West Java.
This sponge made with light ingredients consisting of taro flour, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil has a very soft texture. Make the audience feel an extraordinary taste. Besides being soft, this sponge is also made unique with a beautiful color combination and cream and cheese topping on it.
Long story short I got this cake from one of my brothers who just got married a few days ago. He brought me this sponge along with yellow rice for me. The sponge filling was big enough and plenty for me to eat alone, so I shared it with some of my friends.
When you eat it you feel that this sponge is very well made, with the right taste and soft texture. So I don't feel like I've used up almost half of the pan. lol
I'm usually not very fond of sponge cake, for some reason I really enjoyed this sponge. With a unique and delicious taste, it makes me who doesn't like it to be like it. Magic isn't it? You should try it too!
If you really want to try it, you can come to the Bogor area, West Java, Indonesia. A place where many tourists come from various regions and countries. You can even stay overnight, because there are many villas that you can rent and live in at quite affordable prices and beautiful views.
I hope you like it and think about coming to my beloved country.
