Chicken Potato Sambal Goreng is a food that is very often made in our country. Because the material is cheap, its manufacture is not complicated. Only with a few ingredients that we often encounter everyday.
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Tofu
- Potato
- Instant Chicken Seasoning
Seasoning ingredient
- Red chili according to taste
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Flavoring
- Salt
Step 1
First, wash all the ingredients and cook the chicken with instant spices. Leave until the chicken is quite cooked.
Step 2
Then prepare the tofu and potatoes. Cut into cubes and cook over high heat until browned then drain.
Step 3
Then fry the chicken that has been seasoned until brown, then drain.
Step 4
After everything is ready, it's time to make the fried chili.
Prepare all the chili spices then puree using a blender or you can grind it manually. Add salt and seasoning. Then cook until fragrant.
Step 5
After fragrant, mix all the ingredients (Chicken, Tofu, Potatoes) then stir gently until evenly cooked. Sambal Chicken fried potatoes is ready to be served with hot rice.
