Hello friends,
Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everybody is doing very well and healthy. I am also much better inshallah.
Today I came back to you with a new recipe to make Bengali parched rice Moya with date molasses. I hope you like it.
So let's see, friends, how I made parched rice Moya with date molasses-
Here I have the materials-
1- Date molasses
2- parched rice and
3- Coconut Kora
Recipe-
First I took the date molasses in a container.
This time I put the pot in the oven. Now I will burn a little for a while. After a while I put coconut in it. This time it will be better for a while again. Of course, you have to move it frequently or you may get stuck in the bottom of the pot. So I will move it like this for a while. However, when the block is removed, the flame of the stove should be reduced. So I moved it like this for a while.
After a while, I parched rice it inside. Now you have to mix the molasses by stirring it well. If the amount of molasses is more then it will take more. And if the amount of molasses becomes more then the turnip becomes less but then the turnip will become soft. There is one more thing that cannot be forged for too long after wrapping. So my date has been mixed with molasses. This time I took it down from the stove. This time I put it in a container.
Now I will turn it into a small round well with my hands. And it must be turned into a hot spot. So this is how I turned everything into hot. See all I have done in one container. Hey, it's more delicious to eat than it is to look at the moya of parched rice. This time I am serving in a container. And this moya can be stored and kept in a container.
Parched rice Moya with date molasses is a very favorite food of Bengalis. It is called parched rice Laddu in Bangladesh. And this moya can also be made with parched rice, chira or fried rice. And if you make parched rice moya with date molasses, it tastes much better to eat.
So friends, so far today. I hope you like my recipe today. If you like it, you must comment. I am saying goodbye here like today by thanking everyone. All the best, stay healthy, I pray to the Creator.
God bless you.
