Today I am back with a new recipe for cooking delicious eggplant with tilapia fish. I hope you like it.
So let's see, friends, how I cooked a very delicious eggplant with tilapia fish.
Here I have the materials-
1-3 eggplants
2- 2 potatoes
3- Tilapia fish
4- Chili paste
5- Onion chop
6- Garlic paste
7-Cumin paste
8-Salt to taste
9- Yellow powder and
10- Soybean oil etc.
Recipe -
First I took eggplant and potatoes here. This time I took water in a container. This time I peeled the eggplant inside it and cut the eggplant and potato into pieces and put them in the water.
This time I took tilapia fish here. This time I cut the fish and washed it clean. This time I cut the fish into five pieces.
This time I gave the fish salt and turmeric powder. This time I mixed the salt and turmeric powder well.
This time I put a ring in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I put fish inside it for frying. This time I turned the fish upside down. This time I took it down from the stove.
This time I put a ring in the oven again and put the same amount of oil in the pan. This time I fried it with onion paste, green chilli paste, garlic paste and cumin paste. This time I stirred it well again with salt and turmeric powder for a while.
After a while I put enough water in it. This time I will burn for a while. After a while, Jhole Balak came. This time I put the chopped eggplant and potato together in it. Now I will cover it with a lid and light it again for a while.
After a while, I lifted the lid, stirred the eggplant well and put the fried fish inside. Now with a little movement, I will light it again for a while. After a while the broth is completely reduced. So I have easily made a very delicious eggplant cooking with tilapia fish. This time I took it down from the stove.
